This cycling adventure truly takes you to most of the corners of Mekong delta. Making a loop trip from Ho Chi Minh, start by going down the centre of the delta in Can tho, heading south to Rach Gia, then west to Ha tien, along the border up north to Chau doc, and return to Ho Chi Minh. The cycling distance per day is around 50 – 90 km, requiring participants to be well-trained, and of good physical conditions. This tour is a combination of cycling, boating, visits to cottage industries, fruit gardens, floating markets, locals homes.

On arrival at Tan San NhatAirport, you are met and transferred to hotel. Ho Chi Minh City is a center of commerce, finance, culture and tourism in Vietnam. Thisbustling metropolis, contradiction of its northern counterpart, is crowded withbikes and motorbikes, excited by numerous shopping area and sidewalk cafés. (Iftime permits) we stroll around the downtown to explore the different local waysof life. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 2:HO CHI MINH - CITY TOUR (B,L)
Departing our hotel in themorning for the Reunification Palace, the formerPresidential Palace for the president of the South of Vietnam. After that, wewill visit War RemnantMuseum, where you can see countlessartifacts, photographs and pictures documenting about the second Indochina war. Before our lunch, we stop at Notre DameCathedral and Old Post office to get our good shots for our memory of thebiggest city in Vietnam. Our delicious lunch will be served at a “Pho 2000” restaurant in the centralcity. In the afternoon, we will visit Ben Thanh market, Cho Lon, Chinatown and market. We be back to hotel around 5 pm
Day 3:HO CHI MINH CITY - LONG AN - MY THO - BEN TRE -TRA VINH (80KM CYCLING) (B,L,D)
After breakfast, transfer acouple of hours out of Ho Chi Minh City to Long An. Cycling von Long An toMytho. Lunch break at My Tho. Pedal narrow roads and lanes, past bananaplantations, fields of sugar cane, through the lush green landscape of theDelta, crossing rivers and canals by numerous, ubiquitous, fascinating ferries.A section of biking cuts off road onto gravel and dirt lanes, and weaves aroundhamlets, across water channels and through quite dense vegetation. This makesfor superb biking. A final ferry across the gaping expanse of Co Chien Riverleads us to Tra Vinh, a pretty tree lined town with a large population ofethnic Khmer.
Day 4:TRA VINH - CAN THO (82KM CYCLING) (B,L)
The route is peaceful, theroad narrow and very pretty all the way to Can Tho. There is plenty along theway to see, from the contrasting architectural styles of ethnic Khmer homes, tothe numerous colorful Khmer temples and to the fascinating river sceneswitnessed when pedaling over countless small wooden plank bridges. Visit Ba OmPond with its magnificent lotus flowers, and observe local women having theirfuture predicted in the small temple nearby. En route, spend time at a local Khmer Temple School and learn aboutthe life of the students.
Day 5:CAN THO.(B)
In the morning we start,the boat trip after breakfast to Cai Rang floating market free day in the afternoon
Day 6:CAN THO -RACH GIA (125KM CYCLING) (B,L,D)
Cycle along canal to VinhTanh. Lunch break. Afternoon cycling via Go Qua to Rach Gia
Day 7:RACH GIA- HA TIEN (92KM CYCLING) (B,L,D)
Cycling along the westcoast to Ha Tien.
Day 8:HA TIEN - FREE TIME FOR BEACH (B)
Ha Tien is nice place tohave short break, with small beach and scenery
Day 9:HA TIEN - CHAU DOC (100KM CYCLING) (B,L,D)
Cycling along the Vinh Te border to Tri Ton. Short visit Ba Chuc. Ride up Sam Mountain.
Day 10:CHAU DOC - PHNOM PENH (NO CYCLING) (B,L)
Departearly for the boat journey up the MekongRiver to Phnom Penh
