8h00:Guide meet you at the hotel, make a bicycle tour to Tra Que village, enjoy the cultivation of the vegetables as well as discovering the use of vegetables intraditional Vietnamese medicine. You will take a trip around the vegetable garden and join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake. Continue doing some steps such as: raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, picking greens and many more gardening activities. Have lunch with local family to enjoy ‘tam huu’ spring roll, Banh xeo or local pancake of pepople’s middle region. After lunch , take an even more traditional Vietnamese post-prandial nap before learning how to harvest and wrap the vegetables.
Around 15.00, say goodbye to local family, drive back to Hoi An, on the way stop at Nhat tomb and Ba Le well.
16h30: Arrive to your hotel, end tour.
