Generality:

Taking inspiration from an Indochine Noble House, Paul Stoll, the creator of the CELADON PALACE, aims to resurrect its many and long-forgotten sensualities: genuine hospitality, friendly ambience, graceful efficiency, and unforgettable satisfying experiences. He dedicates the hotel to Queen Nam Phuong and The Last Emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty.

Hence, the 1st floor is designed like a Salon where one can enjoy Le Petit Café, a charming Vietnamese Eatery; La Brasserie, an international restaurant of world class Oriental and Western Cuisine; Au Rendez-vous, a lounge that revives the Indochine past with live music by an international band; Le Bar, where you can enjoy the finest international wine list, signature cocktails, and largest selection of imported beers in town; L'Arcade, a one-stop showroom that allows future brides and grooms to splurge in complete abandon for their wedding preparations; Le Grand Salon, a traditional ballroom that is just perfect for regal wedding plans to be fulfilled. It can comfortably accommodate up to 400 wedding guests, excellent too for international conferences and meeting events.

The 2nd floor is dedicated to receiving the hotel's distinguished guests who, upon arrival and check-in, will experience a kind of attention that is efficient, yet refined; personalized, yet not overwhelming.

Spread on the 3rd floor are conference rooms that are dedicated to meetings, incentives, conferences, and events; including elaborate indoor and outdoor exhibition facilities for up-to 1,000 visitors.

The Palace Floors are available from floor 4 to 9. These are designed in Indochine opulence and along the subdued elegance of a Noble House. They boast of spacious and luxurious Floors Lounges that are administered by solicitous Butlers. This arrangement makes every guestroom have its own extended living room where guests can entertain their visitors, or where groups of friends or families could meet, socialize, and enjoy each other's company amidst a cosy and comfortable, yet still private, ambience.

The Celadon Club Suites are from floor 10 to 16. They provide added convenience and luxury with the latest cutting edge gadgets and more ostentatious amenities. The Celadon floors are effectively a-hotel-within-a-hotel, with its own check-in and luxury Lounge that includes a library, pool table, and cushy lounge chairs. The Emperor's Suite, the epitome of luxury and sheer elegance, speaks for itself and requires no further description.

The Ground floor of the hotel is dedicated to relaxation and recreation. There is Les Bains, a pool lounge leading to a large-size pool; the wood-surfaced sun deck that is cooled by Royal Palm Trees leading to the Cabana Day Rooms. Le Spa and Gymnasium provide state-of-the-art facilities. Expanses of grass lawns that is somewhat unique for a hotel that is in the center of a city completes your relaxation and self re-creation. Here you can indulge in the sports of the past such as, archery, croquet, badminton, and the reinvigorating discipline of Tai-chi.

But do not let the old world charm deceive you. Behind its vintage surroundings and classic charm, behind its friendly smile and seamless efficiency, the modern "creature-comforts" that you will experience at the CELADON PALACE is delivered to you by the latest in technology.
