Cook with Ms Ngoc
“Cook with Ms Ngoc” Reviewed November 26, 2011 The lovely Ms Ngoc took us to the markets which was great as we could ask her the questions we had about the produce etc (but we didn't look for dog). Then back to the restaurant which was very well organised with all the ingredients prepared in advance for our class. We made fried and fresh spring rolls and a delicious caramalised tuna dish which we do at home now. Also the banh. Then we got to eat it all which we couldn't because we'd just had a massive breakfast - so plan it to be your lunch. You can buy the apron for 20k dong in the markets too. The notes we got were amusing but we took our own as Ms Ngoc had her own recipe. Well worth doing the class. She was well impressed with a man cooking as they don't in Vietnam. Ever.PS There is also a great cook book at Morning Glory in Hoi An for $40 which we are using at home a lot. Visited October 2011

Cooking with Cuc in Hue
“Cooking with Cuc in Hue” Reviewed April 29, 2013 We had a great time cooking with Mr Cuc. First of all, he took us to the market to buy the ingredients for the dishes, which was a fun experience by itself. Then, he taught us to make traditional Hue beef noodle soup, fresh and fried spring rolls, a delicious peanut sauce and shrimp pancake. He also customized some dishes as I do not eat seafood and beef. Overall, I enjoyed the 3 hour cooking class. Thank you Cuc !
